Taste of the Triangle – Saturday May 5th

Taste of Mount Vernon Triangle — Saturday, May 5; 2:00-5:00 p.m.

Explore the new restaurants of Mount Vernon Triangle by dining around the neighborhood tasting appetizers, entrees, drinks, and desserts from eight different locations! Buy a master ticket for $20 in advance; $30 at the door to participate in this event. Tickets can be purchased in advance through PayPal (visit www.mountvernontriangle.org for paypal link). On the day of the event, tickets will be for sale at the Will Call table at 5th and K Streets, NW.
Participating restaurants are:
Sixth Engine, an American bistro with firehouse style
Mandu, a Korean restaurant that started in Dupont Circle,
Kushi, a Japanese-style pub,
Henry’s Soul Café, with its jaw-dropping southern menu,
Papa John’s, hand-tossed pizza,
Busboys and Poets, creative American cuisine,
Taylor Deli, Philadelphia hoagies,
Tunnel Liquor, showcasing international beers, and
Subway Liquor, featuring a wine and cheese reception.

Volunteer for Taste of Mount Vernon Triangle
We need your help to staff the third annual Taste of Mount Vernon Triangle on Saturday, May 5th from 1:30-5:00. Volunteers are needed to sell tickets, staff restaurant locations around The Triangle, check tickets, and relieve volunteers. For volunteering, you get a free ticket to the event, worth $20. If you are able to volunteer, please email Bill McLeod at info at bill@mountvernontriangle.org or call (202) 216-0511 ext. 23. Thanks for helping with this fun event!
