On the same block Carmine’s recently applied for similar late night hours. I don’t believe Carmine’s would truly use all the hours they applied for as they currently do not stay open late in NYC. Many applicants ask for more the maximum hours regardless of what they intend to use. However Hill Country does keep a bar open late in NYC and I’d speculate would likely intend to use all the hours for which they apply. I’m sure they’ll speak to their plans at this ANC meeting.
